Anyone in the city with a VAG-COM? -

I know its been asked by someone else but I need someone who has one and knows how to do the Throttle Body Alignment...

I would buy my own but the only PC I have is my work laptop and when I log on to the email server it scans my computer for things that shouldnt be on there.......freaky..

please let me know if someone can help!

I'm out in the burbs but can help you out if you're out this way or at the next meet. If all you need to do is a throttle body adaptation, you can do it manually:

1. Key in the "On" position but don't start for 10 min.
2. Start but don't touch the throttle for 10 min

Voilà.

I did what you said and I wouldnt know if it worked or not... I just wanted to make sure it was aligned in case it wasnt.

I replaced my coolant temp sensor at Rob's (Rosenturd) house and now I need to code cleared so I might get ahold of you when I get back from my work trip next week.
