Big Thanks to 99MPower, QuickGuy, jasonfreed, and Zoheb318!
As some of you may or may not know I've been having some "noises" coming from the diff on the Cosmos for a while now. Well, with Blackhawk coming up, I needed to get it swapped out and take care of a couple other odds/ends.
On Weds night jasonfreed(Jason) drove out from Gurnee to help me get the old diff out and clean up a few things. Also, same night, Z personally delivered the "new" replacement diff to my garage. On Saturday, Quick Guy(Luke) and 99MPower(Calvin) made the drive to my house to help with replacing the SF bushings, install the new diff and go over a few other things. Now, we didn't get the SF bushings done due to some missing bits from the boxes but had already taken a bunch of stuff apart...Kind of a PITA, but what can you do? However, everything else went very smooth and it was a fun day hanging out with you guys! Hopefully, I can repay the favor soon. Thanks again and see you at Blackhawk!

exactly... no problem.. I love wrenching, and if u ever want to do some easy day e36 stuff or whatever.. my house/tools are always open as well
thanks again for the food/drinks and a great time.... can't wait to get out there on friday night and have a ball at blackhawk once we get some time and you are ready to REALLY do all the rear suspension stuff, let me know, and we can knock it out |
