We all go to many different dealers to purchase our cars and get our cars serviced. This forum will be a peer-to-peer based ratings and reviews forum with no bias from any dealers or sponsors.
All we ask is that you keep your comments/concerns to the point and accurate. We
will not allow threads without proper information that destroy the reputation of a dealer unfairly. You will get a warning for the first time and an infraction the second time it happens. Not reading this thread before posting is NOT an excuse.
Some general rules:- ALWAYS put the dealer name, city and state in the title line of the thread (Patrick BMW, Schaumburg, IL). Threads WITHOUT this will be deleted without warning and you probably will get upset. You will also be required to put a prefix of "POSITIVE EXPERIENCE", "NEUTRAL EXPERIENCE", or "NEGATIVE EXPERIENCE" in each thread created.
- Rate the threads. By rating a thread 1 star to 5 stars, you can show your support or disagreement with the thread starter. Rating of the threads should be used in place of negative comments about the thread starter or unfair attacks on a dealer.
- Again, keep your posts brief and to the point. Don't add in information not related to the discussion at hand. Your thread/post WILL be deleted without warning and you may or may not be denied access to the ratings forum in the future.
- Share your experiences after each experience. This will help your fellow Eurotekkers with their future dealings with local dealers. Whether you go in for an oil change or for major maintenance, try to give us your rating after each time.
- ABSOLUTELY no SPAM of ANY kind. This means that we will not tolerate threads with specials, promotions, or gimmicks given by any dealerships. If you an employee of a dealership, the results will be harsh for your membership with Euroteknik.com. Violation of this rule will definitely earn you an infraction.
We welcome local dealerships to sign up and participate in our discussions. We know people don't get information correct 100% of the time and there may or may not be miscommunication or bad information, so we encourage you to tell your side of the story.
