Nice driving. The Corvette guy should be ashamed of himself! Are you running out of gears or just not wanting to make late upshifts? Sounds like you are coasting into a lot of the braking zones when you could upshift and accelerate farther.

Yeah, I was running up hard on the Vette.. lol He was in TTS.. I guess this is why I like W2W more (don't run into that type of thing there as much).
...but I guess I could have gone to 5th gear a few times but didn't... wasn't close enough to redline to warrant it and the little 4cyl honestly doesn't have much more pull in 5th (I tried before on a few laps and compared the data with little change if not slower). Nice. That looks like my daily driver around the 2:10 mark that you passed.
That vette was smoking fast........ . . . . . . . . in the straights.

Nice driving, this brings up a Vette discussion on the table. I had a similar run at G-man in my Maxima (when I used to have it), the guy would pull on me on the straights but I would destroy him on the corners and in braking. WTF is it with all the Vette drivers and not able to handle a car ? Guessing its a HP10 you drove ? I owned a few SR powered cars.
Ran that configuration in 2007 and the other loop in June. Love that track, close by is whats awesome ! Can't wait to get my R32 out there, I'm redoing my car's setup soon and adding a oil cooler. |

Yes, it is a stock g20 (with the 140hp rating from the factory) but this one is tired w/201k miles on the chassis. Quote:

Nice Video! The Vette must be "noob" or something?
Can't wait for ACCCC 3T/3D! 1 month to go! then NASA at RA 3 weeks later! I hope it's not snowing! I still have no tires and pads are thin! What kind of camera setup do you use? Is it mounted on the dash?

its just a memory stick panasonic (cheapie video camera) that is mounted on the dash (hole were the passenger airbag used to be) so it works out as if it was the passenger viewpoint in the g20.. lol
