IF they fit you car, used is ok. I have done used pads before. There are lots of variables that govern how lonf they will last: how fast yo're going, how hard you brake, if you drag brakez or trailbrake, weight of car, temeperature, brake cooling, etc, etc.

Just get the membership! Do Autobahn in April and then Blackhawk with the same crew later this summer.

You can just sign-up online for Chicago Audi site and then you can register no problem for the event. After I did that, I went to Audi Club North America and registered for yearly membership at $44.
