is there a place in IL where I can take some wheels to get repainted/refinished?

my buddy's m5 has tons of little black spots on his wheels from brake dust.. He can't get rid of the black spots with brake cleaner/ect.. I think he let the dust sit there too long..

anyone know where he can send them to get them redone?

My wheels have the same thing. The finish on M5 wheels sucks.
