spring rates...

im trying to figure out a good spring rate for my e30 because im looking to order a custom spring set from bimmerworld... im looking for it to be stiff and well just handle good... i dont care too much about how comfortable it is on the street but keep in mind its a daily driver so i dont want broken components...

I ran 550/700, and with the proper matched koni SAs it was very nice, in my opinion. With big fat sway bars at both corners the car would transition into excessive oversteer if not driven correctly, but with the right steering and throttle inputs it was sticky as hell.
