Centering Rings (Glue?)

My new track wheels have plastic centering rings like my other aftermarket wheels. Only the plastic rings don't stay attached to the wheels when I take the wheels off.

Is there a glue or something that can be used to semi-permanently attach the centering ring to the wheel? (Maybe some of Z's hair gel?)

I have the same problem as well, but don't want to use an adhesive for risk of breaking the rings when removing the wheel or being broken when getting balanced. I just deal with it.

use a dab or 2 of silicone sealant.. itll hold it on but its plyable so you wont break the rings on removal
