Forum has been upgraded to newest version of forum software v3.8.3

I was hoping that the whole upgrade from our older version of forum software to the newest would be a non-event and thankfully it was.

We have successfully upgraded to the newest version (v3.8.3) and have had no issues thus far.  Thanks for being patient during the downtime today.
